Director

In our group Mahyuddin Hafiz bin Mohamad as our director. For this position, the he need to supports operations by supervising our group members to make a planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems in our blogs. Besides, he need to maintains administrative our group by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, maintaining a safe and secure blog to ensure the developing personal growth opportunities sucessfully. In our group, he has been accomplishes us the results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures in our blog itself. Next, the director provides communication systems by identifying needs, evaluating options, and maintaining the blog from time to time just to ensure our blog keep update. Last but not least, he also need to completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements, planning, arranging, and meeting schedules, and monitoring results in blog.

 Consultant

In making this blog successful, consultant is an important position. In our group, the consultant position held by Affendi bin Iezara. Consultant usually needs to share their expertise and knowledge to help business attain goals and solve the problems. Consultant need to learn about the training need, job duties and requirements to see the right position in our group in making our blog. To held this position, the person need to have vast knowledgeable and particular field. In our group, to make this blog successfully Affendi bin Iezara has been teach our group members how to manipulate a new blog and some other skill that can increases productivity and degenerate more revenue. He also gives several of advice, make recommendations and excel at problem solving among our group members. Consultants are often used prior to, and during, the start-up of a new business or to re-energize a failing business or blog like our group. The time period for consultancy can vary in length and it is depend on how group members participated.  Thus, to be successful consultants derive their skill set from a combination of learned techniques acquired from higher education and, to a lesser degree, innate personality traits. These skills usually include logical reasoning, leadership, communication, ingenuity and ability to work well with others.

Designer

A designer is responsible for conceptualization and design of graphic applications such as collateral material, environmental graphics, books and magazines, corporate identity, film titling and multimedia interfaces, from concept to completion. In our group members Designer position held by Nor Izzati bin Nadzarudin. She has been design our blog according to our discussion group members. In this context, the duties job that has been done by Izzati is more focus on design our blogs. Working with creative to formulate and pitch concepts to ensure our blog interesting. She is always developing, designing and producing graphic art that satisfies a creative brief. Beside, these position usually familiar with proficiency in programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Designer position also must knowledgeable of typography, color and production as an example, in our group the color and design our blog has been done by Izzati. Designer position need to keep and continuous learning to ensure their skills and industry knowledge current up to date. Graphic designer also need to ability and willingness to quickly adapt to new technologies and software.

     Content developer  

 Content developers in our group members held by Nordalila Hafizah binti Shamsudin.  Content developers usually are those involved in the development, preparation and editing of contents online for online marketing and other front end web development activities. Skill required for this position such as good knowledge on information mapping, HTML, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, macromedia flash, MS- FrontPage and other web tools such as Ad words, exact target etc. holds additional advantage to this profession. Besides, excellent online communications, writing skills, good listening skills, multi-tasking skills, ability to work individually are common skills expected of a content developer. Content developer duties basically manage web traffic and analyze alterations accordingly to improve the Return on Investment. In our group, content developer more focus on editing our blog. Content developer has same duties with project management along with front-end development advertising using any tools, implementation and optimization. Besides, to ensure the content on the website or blog, develop the business and act as a traffic manager for supplier online marketing operations also under content developer position.

            Editor

       Editor is someone who assigns, distributes, checks, corrects and perfects written materials, articles and pieces. Editors can work in many capacities, and with all types of freelance writers. Editors are present at our blog is held by Fatin Nur binti Zulkipli. She is the person that responsible in editing deal primarily with spelling, grammar, punctuation, fact checking, and word choice in our blog. Editor helps the writer from the idea stage through the final draft. She may suggest topics, help with research, verify facts, and plan the structure of the manuscript. She works through successive drafts with the writer to ensure all the content in our blog are correctly.
